TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Effective Date: October 1, 2026
Last Updated: October 1, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the My Family First website, membership portal, Family First resources, webinars, and related services provided by Career Services Network LLC (“CSN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a membership, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to create an account or purchase a membership.

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, and promptly update information that changes. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Accounts are personal and may not be shared, transferred, or resold unless CSN expressly authorizes an organizational arrangement in writing.

Services and Pathways

The Services may include My Family and My Career pathways, articles, worksheets, planners, quizzes, videos, games, webinars, recordings, Family First Picks, and other educational resources.

Features and content may be added, updated, replaced, or removed as the program develops. A membership does not guarantee that every resource will remain available indefinitely.

Seven-Day Preview Trial

If offered, the preview trial provides selected access for seven consecutive days. A valid payment method is required at registration.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected membership will begin automatically and the disclosed membership fee will be charged to your payment method.

The registration page will display the trial end date, amount, and billing frequency before you enroll.

We intend to send a welcome message and a reminder before the trial expires; failure to receive an email does not extend the trial or replace your responsibility to cancel before the deadline.

Only one trial is permitted per person or household unless CSN authorizes otherwise. We may limit or end trial access if we reasonably believe a trial is being misused.

Membership Fees and Automatic Renewal

Membership options, prices, and billing intervals are shown at checkout.

By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize CSN and its payment processor to charge the payment method on file at the end of any trial and at each renewal until you cancel.

Monthly plans renew monthly; annual plans renew annually. Taxes may be added where required.

Launch pricing to confirm:

  • Founders Monthly: $19.95

  • Founders Annual: $199.50

  • Standard Monthly: $24.95

  • Standard Annual: $249.50

We may change future membership prices by providing advance notice as required by applicable law. A price change will apply no earlier than the next renewal identified in the notice.

You are responsible for keeping payment information current. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, suspend access, or cancel the membership.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel through your account or by contacting us using the information in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation stops future renewals but ordinarily does not create a prorated refund for the current paid period.

Your access generally continues through the end of the paid period unless a refund is issued or access is terminated for misuse.

The separate Refund and Cancellation Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

Webinars and Events

Membership may include access to designated webinars or recordings, subject to scheduling, capacity, technology, and presenter availability.

Dates, presenters, and topics may change.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a membership is for one participating individual and does not authorize group viewing, redistribution, or use as an organizational training program.

Recording, copying, or distributing a webinar or participant information without written permission is prohibited.

Educational Information Only

Family First content is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not individualized medical, mental-health, legal, financial, tax, investment, educational, employment, or other professional advice.

The Services do not create a professional-client, therapist-client, attorney-client, or fiduciary relationship.

You are responsible for evaluating information and obtaining advice from a qualified professional when appropriate.

Wellness, movement, cooking, household, and family activities may involve risk. Consider your circumstances, allergies, medical conditions, abilities, environment, and manufacturer instructions before participating.

Stop an activity and seek appropriate assistance if you experience pain, distress, or a safety concern. In an emergency, contact emergency services.

Intellectual Property and Member License

The Services and their content—including text, designs, logos, worksheets, planners, quizzes, videos, games, webinar materials, graphics, and compilations—are owned by or licensed to Career Services Network LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

My Family First™ is a program of Career Services Network LLC.

During an active membership, CSN grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to access and use member resources for your own individual or household use.

You may download or print a reasonable number of copies for that permitted use when a resource allows downloading.

You may not reproduce, sell, sublicense, redistribute, publicly post, upload to a shared drive, remove ownership notices, create competing materials from, train artificial-intelligence systems on, or use the content for commercial instruction or organizational distribution without prior written permission.

Purchasing a membership does not transfer ownership of any content.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share login credentials or permit unauthorized access.

  • Circumvent access restrictions, security features, or download controls.

  • Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract portal content.

  • Upload malicious code or interfere with the operation of the Services.

  • Use the Services unlawfully, fraudulently, abusively, or in a way that violates another person’s rights.

  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with CSN or Family First.

User Submissions and Feedback

You retain ownership of original content you submit.

You grant CSN a limited license to host, process, and display it as necessary to provide the Services.

Do not submit confidential information belonging to another person without permission.

If you voluntarily provide suggestions or general feedback, CSN may use that feedback without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.

Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may depend on third-party platforms for hosting, payments, email, analytics, webinars, or linked content.

CSN does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, terms, privacy practices, or content.

Your use of a third-party service may be governed by separate terms.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if payment is overdue, these Terms are violated, security is threatened, the Services are misused, or we are legally required to act.

When reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute provisions—will survive.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” CSN disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. CSN does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every individual or family. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CSN and its owners, employees, contractors, and presenters will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CSN’s total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid to CSN for the Services during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before filing a formal claim, you and CSN agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter by written notice and reasonable discussion.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, legal proceedings must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Maricopa County, Arizona.

This section does not prevent either party from seeking appropriate relief for misuse of intellectual property or unauthorized system access.

Changes and General Terms

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version and providing additional notice when required.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.

A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy, form the agreement concerning the Services unless a separate written agreement applies.
