ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT
Effective Date: October 1, 2026
Last Updated: October 1, 2026
Career Services Network LLC is committed to providing a welcoming and usable digital experience for people with disabilities. We are working to improve the accessibility of the My Family First public website, membership portal, downloadable resources, and webinar experiences.
Our Accessibility Efforts
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a reference for our ongoing accessibility efforts. Because the portal, content library, and third-party integrations continue to develop, we do not claim that every page, file, or feature currently meets every guideline.
Our accessibility work may include:
Using clear headings, readable type, meaningful link text, and consistent navigation.
Supporting keyboard navigation and visible focus where the platform permits.
Adding alternative text to meaningful images.
Using sufficient color contrast and avoiding reliance on color alone to communicate meaning.
Providing captions, transcripts, or alternative formats for video and audio when reasonably available.
Designing downloadable resources for readability and improving older materials as they are reviewed.
Testing public and member experiences on different devices and with available accessibility tools.
Reviewing third-party tools and seeking accessible alternatives when practical.
Third-Party Content
Some features rely on third-party platforms, embedded content, or linked websites that CSN does not fully control.
We encourage those providers to offer accessible experiences and will work to help users access equivalent information when reasonably possible.
Requesting Help or an Alternative Format
If you have difficulty accessing any part of the Services, need a reasonable accommodation, or would like a resource in an alternative format, please contact us.
Tell us the page or resource involved, the difficulty encountered, the format or accommodation requested, and the best way to reach you. Please do not include sensitive medical information.

Accessibility is an ongoing process. We welcome specific feedback that helps us identify barriers and improve the experience for all members.
